my work is living, ever-changing, just like you and just like me.

I explore sexuality, gender expression, intimacy, youth/aging, death/loss, and pleasure: the transitional spaces that we occupy and experience.

To reconcile with these themes, I make images, forms, and moving media that confront and expose my emotional truths. I often reflect on memories passed and at times they feel:

like honey slowly crawling down my back sweetly coating all of my edges

an attempt to dig upwards endlessly & tirelessly hands shovel at sand while more pours into the gaps

or like strings of a shoelace attached to each rib of mine when pulled tighten against my lungs

or a hug from somebody of which will only ever exist again within my dreams

sweet and soft and sharp and simple and beautiful and devastating and euphoric and bitter and lovely and nostalgic and forgiving and complex and proximate and intangible and warm

and all of it, relentless
